Synkly subscription portal terms
Provider
Synkly is operated by Panther Group LLC. References to Synkly, we, us, or our mean Panther Group LLC unless the context says otherwise.
Panther Group LLC operates from Puerto Rico, United States.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@panthergroupllc.com. For notices that require mailing instructions, contact support for the current process.
Business use
The Synkly subscription portal is for business use by the owner or authorized representative of the enrolling office. V1 is intentionally scoped to one owner account, one subscription, and one business setup path.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for making sure the information submitted during signup is accurate and authorized for the business.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription billing is handled through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. Synkly stores billing identifiers, subscription status, and invoice references, but does not store raw card numbers.
Monthly billing is available on every plan. Annual payment includes a 10% discount and is non-refundable. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, where Panther Group LLC confirms a duplicate charge, billing error, unauthorized charge, or where Panther Group LLC approves a written exception.
Setup and access
Paid onboarding and setup access depend on an active subscription. Synkly may block, suspend, or delay onboarding if billing is past due, refunded, canceled, or otherwise invalid.
The admin app handoff is intentionally separate from the subscription portal during this testing phase. Paying through the portal does not mean the admin app is modified automatically.
Customer responsibilities
Do not use the portal to submit patient medical records, insurance card images, or other sensitive patient information unless Synkly has specifically provided an approved secure workflow for that data.
Do not bypass subscription checks, share owner credentials, interfere with billing, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform terms.
Changes and termination
Synkly may update portal features, plans, pricing, and policies as the product moves from testing into production. Material commercial changes should be reflected in the signup or billing flow.
Synkly may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, payment failure, security risk, or activity that threatens the service or another customer.
